USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING (UAT) SERVICE

UAT access is provided for all new potential clients for a maximum period of 3 months (“UAT Period”). The UAT period starts on the day the  UAT Agreement is sent to the Customer, and UAT access tokens are generated.

If the Sales Agreement (SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE AGREEMENT) is not signed by the Customer before or on the date that the UAT period expires, UAT access will expire. If the Customer requires UAT access after the UAT Period has expired, additional access can be purchased should the Customer require it for reasons other than those Services included in the Subscription Fee.

Daily credit allocation for UAT access in the period before commencement date with the Customer.

1 Credit  = 1 Request

Daily credit allocation for UAT after commencement date with the Customer.

0.5 Credits  = 1 Request
